so much effort into each session and program to bring it to you with the
utmost care , we kindly ask that you read our policy below, as by purchasing a program or a consultation session, you acknowledge, agree to,
and accept the following policy clauses:

Prerecorded Programs

• All sales for prerecorded programs
  are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns,
  or exchanges once access has been granted.

Consultation Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to two (2) times only and must be used Within two (2) months of the original purchase date.
• If the session is not completed within the two-month period, it will be automatically canceled with no refund.
• No-shows (failure to attend a
  scheduled session without prior notice) are non-refundable.

By purchasing our prerecorded programs or consultation sessions, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
